I am not a great player, but I like to play with the 3 star ping pong balls. These certainly fit the bill at the right price. They hold up well and have only broke when I step on them or when the dog eats one. If you are playing beer pong, you do not need these. Champion is just the name of ball.. like... "Premium" from nittaku... "Champion" from DHS... I read all kinds of reviews before buying these for my mom's gentleman suitor because he used to be a champ. He said these were really nice and worked very well.
