The padding to protect the pool table is perfect and it has a quality playing surface. Set up is easy. It is probably best with 2 people and easily managed by women or young adults. The net and paddles that came with the set allowed us to enjoy playing within 10 minutes after opening the box. The only caution is with delivery. Ours was delivered on time and for free which was awesome. It does come on a tractor trailer, 5 feet by 5 feet and strapped to a pallet. The weight getting it off the truck is 175lbs. Although it was advertised for use only on 7-foot or 8-foot pool tables, I made it work on my 9-foot table by using eight 1.25-inch sorbothane rubber spacers between the pool table and the conversion top enabling the net supports to be clipped onto the conversion-top surface. The paddles that came with the set are also first class. The table top is very solid and produces a consistent bounce. |
