This was a gift for my son who has really gotten into ping pong after getting a table last year for his birthday. The paddle is well constructed and works fine with one minor issue. The star in the middle is made of a different material. It hasn't made a noticeable difference overall but thought it should be mentioned.
He was very happy with it.
