Butterfly is one of the leading equipment sponsors in North America. Since 2001 their tables have been chosen as the official table of the U.S. Open and U.S. National Championships. These tables were brand new at the 2009 U.S. Open Table Tennis Championships in Las Vegas and used under normal tournament conditions. A tournament used table may have light scratches in the playing surface caused by normal play. It will not have dented rails, damaged parts, an uneven surface or scratches with exposed wood. It is backed by a three-year warranty against manufacturer defects.

It features an easy-to-install two-piece design, one-inch scratch-resistant top, PVC edge, two-inch metal rail, and sturdy two-inch wooden legs. Two small wheels mount easily onto each table half for transporting. It comes with a net and post set and offers a child-lock feature.
