I only had this cover for 4 months when the plastic split clear across the length of the cover. As I said, this sits in a corner of my garage and does not get messed with unless we pull it out to use the ping pong table, which has been less than 10 times in the passed 4 months. It is not exposed to extreme heat or cold (I live in Northern California in a very mild climate) yet the plastic didn't even hold up for 6 months.
