    I only recently switched from smooth rubber to long pimple on my backhand, so there are still a lot to learn, but so far I have tried this rubber C7 and cloudyfog III. What I can say is that C7 is a bit harder and therefore is easier to attack, and cloudyfog III is softer and can absorb more power and therefore is easier for defense. Of course, if you have master the skills of playing long pimple, you probably can do well with either one.
